Job Summary :
- Take leak calls and create notifications
- Service T&M Billings
- Obtain missing Purchase Orders for T&M’s / request NTE’s when needed
- Service Scheduler – Calling customers with ETA’s and updating schedule as necessary
- Sheet Service jobs – send documents to legal, change orders, cost adjustments, load documents into ZEJF, etc.
- Provide copies of appropriate paperwork to the Service Manager, Service Sales Representatives, etc.
- Collections for Service Department – make calls to customers and update spreadsheet notes
- Take and process credit card payments for T&M’s
- Update reports as needed
- Repeat Service call tracking
- Collect foreperson’s weekly paperwork and organize for Service Manager to review
- Responsible for answering the main phone line for office and directing calls
- Provide back-up help for Service Manager
- Day-to-day administrative duties associated with the job
