About the Role
Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams delivering great customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
- Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and product education
- Support and guide team members during assigned shifts
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of management
- Assist with product launches promotions and merchandising
- Support inventory management ordering and receiving
- Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations ID verification and OH&S standards
- Help maintain store cleanliness organization and operational standards
