Effectuer des ajustements et des réparations mineures aux systèmes de chauffage, de climatisation, de ventilation, de plomberie et d'électricité, et contacter des artisans pour des réparations majeures.
6. Contacter les entrepreneurs pour les réparations et l'entretien de l'établissement. 7. Effectuer des contrôles de sûreté et de sécurité.
8. Déplacez les meubles, équipements et fournitures lourds. 9. Effectuer d'autres travaux d'entretien de routine tels que la peinture et la réparation de cloisons sèches.
10. Nettoyer et désinfecter les salles de bains et les accessoires. 11. Nettoyer la neige et la glace des allées et des aires de stationnement.
