Role Summary : Responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies that support rapid application development. Focus on all layers of the application stack, applying knowledge of technology and software engineering practices to drive automation adoption within the appropriate phases of the software development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications :

• Strong experience in managing automation test projects for at least 5 years.
• Expertise in Selenium, Postman Built automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests
• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java.
• Team lead experience with offshore - onshore model
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs
• Client facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Deep experience with configuration management / version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
