Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager role at Quadra Group. We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our digital selling strategy and elevate our marketing capabilities through technology, analytics, and AI. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise to help Quadra drive our sales and customer engagement, with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to drive creative campaigns while leading a team of Digital Marketing Specialists.

Position : Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager
Location : Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC or Burlington, ON
Workplace flexibility : We require a minimum presence in office of 3 days a week

Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management : Design, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Long-term vision : Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement while staying current with digital marketing and digital sales.
- Data & Analytics Leadership : Use tools like Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Google Analytics to track performance, analyze customer journeys, and guide decision-making.
- AI & Marketing Innovation : Identify and implement AI-powered tools for enhanced targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and customer insights.
- Website Optimization : Oversee website performance and analytics; drive improvements in SEO, UX, conversion rates, and content effectiveness.
- Reporting & Insights : Build executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate marketing KPIs and campaign impact to leadership.
- People Management : Lead and mentor digital marketing specialists, monitor results, oversee recruiting and performance management, and manage team operations.
- Vendor & Partner Management : Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and agencies, including negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Operations, and IT to deliver seamless digital experiences and maximize data-driven opportunities.
- Customer Segmentation : Refine segmentation strategies using CRM data to enable targeted outreach and business value.
- Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure all digital marketing initiatives comply with privacy and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or Digital Media.Master’s Degree (asset); MBA (Digital Marketing / Analytics), MSM, or Marketing Analytics.Certifications (strongly preferred) in Salesforce, Google Analytics, AI / MarTech platforms, and B2B Marketing technologies.8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, CRM systems, and website performance optimization. Strong sales experience is a plus.3-5 years of people management experience : leading a team of communications & marketing professionals.Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud; Google Analytics; familiarity with AI marketing technologies.Ability to transform data into strategic insights and actionable marketing tactics; strong ROI-focused campaign experience.Familiarity with B2B marketing, especially within industrial, resources, or ingredients sectors, is an asset.Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovative digital marketing tools.Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and collaboration skills.Bilingual (French / English) preferred for cross-country collaboration.Benefits & Compensation

Base pay is a guideline; total compensation includes incentives and benefits. Quadra salary ranges are benchmarked by role and level.
