QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating major agreements with sophisticated counter parties including lawyers, contract management or procurement personnel. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively, in both written and oral format. Ability to build relationships. Self motivated, ability to prioritize among competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong leadership skills and strong customer focus.
