We’re looking for a proactive and reliable team member to support our mailroom operations and general office maintenance. If you enjoy hands-on work and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Maintain mailroom computerized courier and Canada Post shipping systems
• Ensure timely distribution of internal and external mail
• Trace missing shipments
• Maintain office supplies
• Maintain recycling program of supplies
• Investigate mail irregularities, arrange for replacement mail, and make delivery arrangements
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance to office buildings and equipment including chairs, workstations, and lights
• Respond to heating and cooling adjustments, snow removal, salting, and file storage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements

What you have to offer:

• High School Diploma
• Proven ability to provide responsive and professional customer service
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift and move supplies or equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
