Salesforce Business Analyst

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Equality Street is looking for a Business Analyst, Salesforce to support Client’s Marketing Technology team.

This is a 1-year contract role, with possible extension. Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid, 4 days per week on-site is required.)

Responsibilities – the role will include, but not limited to the following:

• Work and collaborate with various teams (internal and external) working on incoming requests to MarTech
  
• Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities
  
• Develop plans and collect estimates for completion of requirements
  
• Manage and document risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to stakeholders
  
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners to facilitate decision making, scope confirmation and acceptance of user stories
  
• Prepare user guides and presentations for new and existing system capabilities keeping all documentation up-to-date
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a BA/BSA
  
• Proven ability to gather Business and Systems requirements independently, having strong business analysis and systems analysis skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation)
  
• Experience in Requirements analysis and quality documentation: Use Cases, Data Requirements, Business Rules Analysis, Non-Functional Requirements, User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping, Wireframes, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
  
• Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail. Experience working on large projects.
  
• Excellent communication skills required; will be working with business stakeholders and IT stakeholders
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (minimum)
  
• Experience on Salesforce technologies (Sales cloud, Marketing cloud) will be an advantage
  
• Strong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team
  
• Strong Written and Oral Communications skills
  
• Experience and Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
