Position Overview : As the Operations Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of operations within a bustling food processing facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual with a strong operational focus to dive into the intricacies of a high-volume production environment. You will work closely with senior management to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands and production targets.

Implement and enforce safety and quality control standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
Utilize technology and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field preferred.

Strong technical acumen with proficiency in utilizing software and systems to optimize operations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
