Your New Role In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Supervisor and will be joining a team of Maintenance Technicians to support the day-to-day Operations of ~300,000 sqft ofmercial and retail space. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance or building operations and be well versed with building systems to ensure efficiency of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety. What you’ll need to succeed

• BCDL Class 5 & ability to provide a clean drivers abstract.
• Yardi is an asset.
• Building Maintenance.mercial & Industrial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of & experience with building systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.
• On call availability.
