What you’ll do :
- Assist with building and leading a high-performance team that delivers on budgeted targets by maximizing operational efficiency.
- Provide knowledge of the Agro and Chem products that we carry for our consumers.
- Ensure inventories are managed and protected in compliance with management standards and practices to maintain high levels of accuracy and minimal loss.
- Schedule team members and manage labour hours.
- Perform fuel attendant duties when required.
- Oversee the completion of daily reports, reconciliations, and purchases. As well as any other cashier duties.
- Conducts daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Orders, receives, invoice and overrides inventory that is received from vendors.
- Perform minor repairs to assets as required.
- Perform all other duties as required.
The Team :
You will work closely with the customers and Starbuck team, reporting directly to the Operational Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of customer focus and community.
