- Lead daily front office operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions and processes.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management, collections, and vendor payments.
- Assist Operations Managers with daily processes such as purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs).
- Maintain perfect phone communication etiquette and presence, engaging with clients and vendors professionally.
- Provide strategic management backup and guidance as required.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against established goals.
- Oversee and mentor other employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications :
Designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), or at an advanced stage towards designation, required.Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, preferably in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Sage is essential.Strong leadership skills with an independent approach to work.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to thrive in dynamic situations.Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.Ability to provide strategic insight and effectively manage other employees.Perfect English proficiency is required, given the significant verbal communication involved with clients and vendors.
