Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily front office operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions and processes.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Assist Operations Managers with daily processes such as purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs).
  • Maintain perfect phone communication etiquette and presence, engaging with clients and vendors professionally.
  • Provide strategic management backup and guidance as required.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against established goals.
  • Oversee and mentor other employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications :

  • Designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), or at an advanced stage towards designation, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Sage is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with an independent approach to work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to thrive in dynamic situations.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to provide strategic insight and effectively manage other employees.
  • Perfect English proficiency is required, given the significant verbal communication involved with clients and vendors.
