Adecco is currently hiring for temporary, receptionist for our client, a reputable company located in Saskatoon, SK. This is an on call position to cover reception for vacation and sick time.
They want one person to be available to them going forward. This is an on call position . To qualify for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, have Microsoft experience, and be available relieve vacations for this busy office.
- Pay rate : $16 / hour

- Shifts : 8 AM- 4 : 00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with the answering of phones, receiving mail and answering questions
- Working with colleagues to cover desks and duties of office staff while on vacation
- Follow all instructions and guidelines to complete work tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Understand policies and procedures of the company and relay to visitors and clients
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Communication skills; must be outgoing and willing to converse with clients, visitors and colleagues.
- Previous office experience working with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent summer availability
