Wage : starting at $21 / hour, performance-based

    • Responsibilities

  • Trained Barber or Stylist that can demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs.
  • Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests.
  • Great customer service skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time?
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time‑management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team.
  • Participate in Barber recruitment, retention, training and management.
  • Retail and Sales education with all team members.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting requirements (Sales, KPI's, Payroll, etc.).
  • Execute National Promotions and Campaigns.
  • Any other duties outlined by the Business Owner and / or Regional Manager.
