Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for working in a fast-paced manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Marketing Strategy Execution :

Support the marketing team in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services to target markets.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Product Marketing :
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to develop product-specific marketing materials (brochures, presentations, datasheets).

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to assist in positioning products effectively in the market.
  • Work with the design team to create product images, videos, and other visual content.
  • Content Creation and Management :
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs.

  • Develop internal and external communication materials (newsletters, product updates, case studies, whitepapers) to keep stakeholders informed about new products and innovations.
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization.
  • Trade Show and Event Coordination :
  • Coordinate the company’s presence at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including product demos and customer-facing presentations.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to drive lead generation.
  • Market Research & Analysis :
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

  • Gather customer insights through surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings to inform decision-making.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management :
  • Help plan and execute lead generation campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, digital ads).

  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assist in optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns designed to generate qualified leads.
  • Brand Management :
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Support the development of marketing collateral, product packaging, and digital assets to reflect the company’s brand identity.
  • Assist with the creation and management of promotional campaigns to maintain brand awareness.
  • Collaboration and Communication :
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, product development, operations) to gather product insights and align marketing efforts.

  • Maintain communication with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Support the marketing team in the coordination of day-to-day tasks and project management.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, tracking marketing initiatives, and preparing reports.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in marketing or related fields, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills :
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot).

  • Experience with digital marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or the ability to collaborate with design teams is a plus.
