Senior Project Manager to manage multiple Infrastructure projects

Must Haves :

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management and Scrum Master experience in infrastructure environment managing small to medium sized projects
  • Minimum 5 years experience in agile techniques and practices and driving delivery
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation and closeout involving IT and Business stakeholders.

Develop and execute project plans, project status reports and project related communication documents

  • Experience with transformational change (i.e. current state, future state, options, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Managing infrastructure projects with Network, Cloud, and Data Center services including experience in a managed infrastructure vendor services environment.

Demonstrated project delivery experience in vendor intake processes and tools (i.e. ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

  • Work with an existing team to manage multiple projects.
  • Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including defining scope, goals, deliverables in collaboration with IT partners and Business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute project plans as well as other project documents and project related communication
  • Maximize the value created by the project team by ensuring focus and flow, removing impediments, escalating blockers and managing dependencies with other teams in the organization.
  • Work with project stakeholders to ensure that goals are understood by everyone, manage the backlog, create Stories and Acceptance Criteria, sequence items to maximize value delivery
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including iteration planning, retrospectives, standups
  • Work with a sense of urgency and demonstrate leadership skills to achieve high performance and excellent service
  • Identify, manage and help mitigate project risks and issues
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver on diverse IT commitments / deliverables
  • Facilitate and / or participate in technical discussions while effectively building relationships and influencing decisions
  • Work and negotiate with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare / edit comprehensive project reports, and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience working with Multiple vendors / Suppliers and budget management
