Our client is a Series A startup helping businesses globally.  They are one of Toronto's fastest growing start-ups and are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join their team!

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB prospects through outbound efforts
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Qualify leads and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each prospect
  • Continuously refine your sales approach to achieve and surpass performance metrics
  • Leverage feedback to improve sales techniques and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR or AE role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing deals
  • Experience selling software or financial products is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive edge
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
