- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB prospects through outbound efforts
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Qualify leads and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each prospect
- Continuously refine your sales approach to achieve and surpass performance metrics
- Leverage feedback to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an SDR or AE role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up environmentProven success in outbound prospecting and closing dealsExperience selling software or financial products is a strong assetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive edgeResilience and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environmentA proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentBenefits
