Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Who are you?

• You have a deep understanding of business IT concepts and a real passion for technology.
• You love working with people and solving problems.
• You are looking for a stable work environment in a growth-orientated company.
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience working with Servers and networking including skills focused on, Microsoft Exchange server and Hyper-V.
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management or service delivery position.
• You enjoy report creation and performance measurement.
• You enjoy future planning including the creation of roadmaps and objectives.
• You enjoy planning and working with specific tasks from start to finish.
• You are a great communicator, having an aptitude and a passion for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
