Job description

Do you have Operation Officer experience? Are you looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6-month contract in Toronto.

Pay Rate - $27 / Hr

Work Location - Hybrid (2 Days on site)

Duration - 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will be entry of inventory, follow up for call details, support field technicians over the phone to resolve POS issues and provide.

Activities include but not limited to :

  • Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure a consistent and frictionless installation and support process.
  • Identify, resolve, and / or escalate service delivery issues and / or complaints
  • Perform Base 24 and TEM\TMS updates
  • Updating Service Tickets / logs

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

Bilingual – French & English

Data Entry experience

Call Support experience

Troubleshooting experience

MS Office Suite experience

NICE TO HAVE : Banking experience.

Technical support experience

Payment’s experience

Remedy (Ticketing system) experience

EDUCATION :

High school diploma at a minimum
