Position :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Administrator to efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling for doctors and hygienists, patient appointments, accounts receivable and payable, collections, financial adjustments, insurance claims, x-ray consents, and treatment plans, among others. Our office is fast-paced, so the ideal candidate will excel at multitasking while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scheduling : Manage schedules for dentists and hygienists.
- Communication : Handle phone calls and appointment scheduling.
- Patient Interaction : Greet and assist patients.
- Waiting Room Maintenance : Ensure a clean and organized waiting area.
- X-Ray Procedures : Prepare patients for X-rays and manage X-ray contents.
- Reporting :
- Generate end-of-day and end-of-month reports.
- Supplies Management : Order and manage office supplies.
- Insurance Claims :
- Submit pre-authorizations and insurance claims.
- Process insurance claims and enter payments.
- Administrative Support : Provide support to the administrative staff.
Other Duties :
Oversee AR reports, including outstanding balances and patient / insurance payments.Manage interest charges and familiarize oneself with account specifics.Qualifications :
3 years dental office experience, or working in a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized management system;Has excellent work ethicAble to work independently and in a teamWhy work here?
