Job Summary :

The Project Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships to Downs Construction. They are also responsible for ensuring a steady flow of work claims, provide estimates on jobs, and manage the jobs from start to finish. These duties could include but are not limited to : creating job files, providing timely updates to all stakeholders, estimating costs, and maintaining accurate and up to date information on active files, all while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
