Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client challenges and objectives.
- Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based, client-centered methods.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and client outcomes.
- Participate actively in team meetings to support coordinated and effective client care.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).Minimum 2-4 years of experience working as a Speech-Language PathologistStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
