Job description

Position Summary :

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will evaluate communication needs, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique requirements. Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client challenges and objectives.
  • Deliver direct therapy services using evidence-based, client-centered methods.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and client outcomes.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to support coordinated and effective client care.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
