Sales Representative

A manufacturer of custom extruded OPS, PET, and PLA films is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth with a focus on Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional experienced in plastic films, extrusion-based products, or engineered sheet and film applications.

You will work directly with customers to deliver custom film solutions for packaging, agricultural, and industrial applications, supporting them from initial requirements through conversion and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and expand market share within assigned territories.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities focused on custom film and sheet solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers.
• Understand customer requirements related to packaging films, agricultural films, and industrial film applications.
• Sell high-performance OPS, PET, and PLA films, offering innovative and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical, production, and R&D teams to support customers from film design through conversion.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined territory management and entrepreneurial initiative.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
