Behaviour Interactive is partnering with Haenir Studio to develop and publish their hotly anticipated debut IP, Blight: Survival. The game takes place in the no man’s land between two desperate kingdoms locked in a ceaseless war. Within this realm of death and decay, a new strain of Blight has erupted from the remains of the fallen. Fed and strengthened by the blood that’s been spilled, it rapidly spreads, turning man into monster. We are looking for a Senior VFX Artist to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. You’ll collaborate with a team of veterans professionals to produce high-quality VFX's that meet the project’s ambitious standards. This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of the most anticipated and wishlisted games on Steam. In this role you will :

• Bring the artistic directior vision's to life by creating high-quality VFX.
• Act as a bridge between design, art, and tech to find the best ways to add VFX that support and enhance gameplay mechanics.
• Assist and collaborate with various departments to create and implement effects.
• Optimize VFX performance across different platforms.

What we're looking for :

• Strong artistic sense (need to show good looking work that matches the game's vision).
• Experience creating quality gameplay VFX in video game production.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, including in-depth expertise with its particle systems.
• Knowledge of Houdini is a plus.
• High level of technical and artistic autonomy (someone that's comfortable iterating quickly and has a good sense for improving quality where and when it matters most).
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work within a team.
