(CAN) Reno Host role at Walmart Canada

As a (CAN) Reno Host, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales floor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
• Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
• Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
• Complete PA Announcement for customers.
• Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager / ASM.
• Communicate any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.

Age - 16 or older
