On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino for a 3 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino - Job Description:
This role involves onboarding small businesses to a commercial platform utilizing Salesforce/nCino. The project is focused on implementing changes to commercial client programs, ensuring seamless integration and scalability within the existing Salesforce infrastructure.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to risk culture and compliance standards.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for Scotiabank’s Commercial Customers.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
• Platform configuration skills for building scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Business analysis and planning skills.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with nCino Credit Origination.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce/nCino – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is 3 months.
