Position Summary

The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast‑growing company. You will be working in a team‑based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner; schedule appointments; manage referrals; result management and handle billing.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises; dispose of contaminated supplies; and sterilise medical instruments.
  • Coordinate patient care through the clinic : checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post‑appointment service, monitoring the waiting room.
  • Ensure patient information remains confidential and secure at all times; perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.

You Have

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Analytical, problem‑solving and take initiative.
  • Open and accountable.
  • Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic (including evenings and weekends).
  • Experience as an MOA or MOA programmes certification is an asset.
  • Experience with EMR system OSCAR and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.

    The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organisation.
