You’ll represent leading equipment brands including YANMAR, ASV, KOBELCO, VENTAC, HUSTLER etc. to develop lasting relationships, and be part of a supportive team that values your contribution.

SUMMARY OF POSITION :

The Construction Equipment Salesperson is responsible for selling construction equipment products and services by achieving opportunity-based sales goals. This position involves building strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions, and coordinating with our Parts & Service teams to deliver outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sell new and used construction equipment through consultative, solution-based sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through customer visits and networking.
• Respond promptly to walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes, reports, and orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the Aftermarket team (Parts & Service) to coordinate installations, order tracking, and customer follow-ups.
