Performance Marketing Specialist
Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role is focused on driving measurable growth — bookings, users, and revenue — through testing, optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys experimentation, creative testing, and accountability. You’ll work closely with our creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to ensure paid traffic converts efficiently and scales sustainably.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Manage budgets and pacing to maximize performance and efficiency
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging
- Scale high‑performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones
Performance Optimization & Testing
Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion ratesDesign and run ongoing A / B tests across ads, audiences, and campaign structuresCollaborate with the Creative and Video teams to develop high‑performing ad assetsShare insights and learnings with the Growth team to inform future strategyFunnel & Conversion Collaboration
Work closely with the CRO Specialist to ensure paid traffic lands on optimized funnelsProvide feedback on landing pages, booking flows, and conversion issuesSupport campaign‑specific landing page and offer testingReporting & Insights
Monitor performance daily and provide clear reporting on resultsIdentify trends, opportunities, and risks in paid performanceTranslate data into actionable recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media rolesHands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and GoogleStrong analytical mindset with comfort owning revenue‑impacting KPIsExperience working closely with creative teams and testing ad conceptsAbility to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and adapt based on resultsNice to Have
Experience in e‑commerce, travel, or consumer brandsFamiliarity with analytics and attribution toolsExperience testing and scaling UGC‑style creativeUnderstanding of conversion optimization principlesWhat Success Looks Like in This Role
