Work hours : Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week; day, evening, weekend shifts.

Start date : As soon as possible.

Salary : $42,000 to $52,000 per year (to be negotiated).

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and / or volunteers
• Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
