Vice President, Management Consulting Digital Strategy & Transformation

Position Description:

CGI's Business and Strategic IT Consulting sector is seeking an innovative, dynamic growth-oriented Vice President, Management Consulting – Digital Strategy & Transformation to lead and expand a high-impact consulting practice within our Greater Montreal Business Unit.

This executive leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape CGI's consulting presence in Quebec, deepen executive client relationships and drive measurable business and technology transformation across leading private and public sector organizations.

As a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders, you will help clients align enterprise strategy with digital and AI ambitions, modernize their technology agenda, and deliver sustainable business value.

The Opportunity

As an executive leader within the Business Consulting sector, you will lead and scale an established practice of approximately 30 senior professionals across business transformation, technology strategy, and industry advisory.

With full accountability for growth and performance, you will:

- Drive revenue expansion and profitability
- Strengthen executive client relationships and expand strategic accounts
- Shape and evolve service offerings within your practice aligned with market demand
- Accelerate CGI's footprint across priority industries in Quebec
- Provide executive oversight of engagements delivered within your practice to ensure client satisfaction

Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate complex executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and outcome-driven transformation programs that deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

Executive Advisory & Client Leadership :

- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior executives, C-suite leaders, and Boards.
- Transform complex executive agendas into integrated strategic visions, structured roadmaps and executable transformation programs that generate tangible business outcomes.
- Shape enterprise-wide business and IT transformation strategies.
- Drive measurable outcomes and long-term value creation.

Practice Growth & Market Expansion :

- Expand strategic accounts and originate multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and expand CGI's footprint across priority industries.
- Enhance the visibility and credibility of CGI's consulting brand through executive-level thought leadership.

Leadership & Community Building :

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of senior consultants.
- Structure and evolve service offerings aligned with market demand.
- Drive operational excellence, performance management, and sustained profitability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.

The Profile We are Seeking

You are a seasoned consulting executive with an established reputation in the Quebec market and a demonstrated ability to build, scale and lead high-performing consulting practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 10+ years in strategic and/or IT consulting, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading consulting practices, managing P&L and delivering large-scale transformation programs across various technologies.
- Deep expertise in business and digital transformation, digital strategy, governance, AI, cybersecurity and change management.
- Strong industry depth in one or more of the following: financial services, banking, energy, manufacturing, retail, transportation, telecommunications, logistics, or financial services.
- Established executive network in Quebec and proven ability to drive new business generating multi-million-dollar growth across a portfolio of clients in Montreal.
