VP of Product and AI Strategy

Auxo is hiring a VP of Product and AI Strategy for a startup transforming procurement and supply chain through AI-powered automation.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to own product strategy, ship AI-native features that drive real usage, and lead the team scaling an enterprise-grade B2B platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s shipped complex SaaS products, understands how to move fast in a data-heavy environment, and wants to shape the future of an entire category.

What You’ll Do

• Own product vision and roadmap across core platform, AI strategy, and ERP integrations
• Translate business goals into a clear, outcome-driven product strategy
• Design and deliver AI-native features that create value for industrial users - PO parsing, smart workflows, agent copilots, and more
• Shorten time to value by driving product-led onboarding and self-serve adoption
• Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Define KPIs, release cadence, and team rituals that align execution to outcomes
• Coach and grow a small, senior product team as the company scales
• Expand integration surface with SAP, Genius, Epicor, and other ERP platforms
