Description
Provides administrative support to a national sales force distributing financial service products. Primarily handles education, correspondence and general tasks related to contracting, licensing and sales field services.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales field, internal and external staff, and senior management.
- Update license and contracting requirements accurately and promptly within deadlines.
- Respond to inquiries from sales field, internal and external staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Draft standard and non-standard correspondence (e.g. memos, letters, reports).
- Initiate and participate in process and database improvement projects.
- Fax, photocopy, file and scan documents.

Two years of experience in an administrative support or related roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external contactsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational and multi-tasking skillsAttention to detailAdvanced skills using MS ExcelProficiency using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPointBilingual (French / English) – oral and writtenPreferred Qualifications
Financial services industry experiencePost-secondary educationCSC and / or IFSE course completionWinFund Platform experience
