Job description :
Our client is a medical / pharmaceutical communication agency. They are currently looking to hire a Client Relations Agent will work alongside other team members including senior executives in developing and executing the company’s network growth initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Use insight and judgement to identify quality leads, decision makers, potential partners, etc.
- Engage prospective clinic and pharmacies using effective written and verbal communication via telephone, email and at conferences
- Collaborate effectively with the team and to facilitate the installation of displays in newly recruited sites
- Efficiently organize, track and report on follow-ups using the company’s CRM (SalesForce) system and Office O365
- Represent the company professionally at tradeshows during various conferences as they are held throughout the year
