Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up equipment and machinery as required.
• Responsible for the operation of presses.
• Perform and document Quality Assurance inspections on all parts as per the Control Plan and advise Team Leader and/or Supervisor of non-conforming conditions.
• Document results and correction actions as required.
• Rotate and operate all Transfer Press equipment as assigned.
• Complete Production Traceability Reports as per station control.
• Produce quality parts in compliance with standard rates and customer requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and perform duties in a safe manner according to policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping, address hazards, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret reports, instructions, and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMS.
• Ability to follow work instructions independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of safe press and weld operations is an asset.
• Grade 12 Education or GED.
