Senior Accounting Clerk - Accounting operations

Main Duties

• Reconcile, analyze and correct general ledger accounts and / or sub-ledgers
• Actively participate in month-end and fiscal year end processes
• Provide support in the training of accounting clerks
• Provide support to teams and various internal departments on issues related to accounting
• Verify, communicate and follow-up with external customers
• Participate, in cooperation with the supervisor, in projects and in the development of new analysis
• Creation, update supplier data base
• Make daily payments
• Creating and updating task procedures or new functions
