Rentals & Retail Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

The Rental / Retail Sales Coordinator is a frontline team member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across the Rental Shop, Retail Stores, and Online operations. This role is hands-on and focused on guest experience, sales execution, accurate transactions, and the smooth operation of rental and retail services. The Sales Coordinator supports daily functions by maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring the sales floor and rental areas are well-organized, clean, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in-person, over the phone, and online
• Assist guests with equipment rentals : fittings, safety checks, sizing, and returns
• Promote and sell rental / retail products and ski lessons
• Process payments accurately using RTP and other POS systems
• Answer guest questions about Marmot Basin, maintaing strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat buisness
