Job descriptionProcessing weekly payroll Coordinating with different departments for AP invoices compile AP reporting for the final approvals Prepare and send invoices to customers Payment reminders and follow-ups. Maintaining an accurate ageing report Prepare journal entries as needed and communicate with the consumers Need someone with strong bookkeeping / general accounting experience. Background working in some sort of manufacturing setting is ideal. 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience. Must be able to take on hands-on accounting tasks.
Our client in manufacturing industry has an immediate opening for a General Accountant! This role will be responsible for assisting the Controller in bookkeeping tasks focusing on AP, AR and Payroll.
