We're looking for a Lead Automation QA to join our team, working on our flagship math MMO game, which engages 7 million students every month.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the way millions of students interact with math through gaming, enhancing both their learning and enjoyment.

  • Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze results, and report on the quality of the product.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure the stability and scalability of our games.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation efforts are aligned with overall project timelines and objectives.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on testing activities, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for best practices in automation and quality assurance across the studio.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire others.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
