You'll take part in a variety of projectsâboth turnkey and consultingâbringing your expertise to a wide range of organizations. Your role will be to recommend the most relevant and sustainable technology solutions, aligned with business objectives and each client's realities.As a technical reference point, you'll be a pillar for the development team. You will guide tooling choices, design target architectures, and ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability are applied. Working with business analysts, project managers, UX, and developers, you'll ensure consistency between the business vision and technological reality, while fostering strong synergy with the DevOps team.Your role will also include a strategic contribution during presales phases. You'll understand our clients' business challenges, translate their needs into concrete solutions, and propose innovative approaches through active technology monitoring. You will help prepare service proposals and present the selected solutions, ensuring they are clear and relevant.In short, we're looking for someone who combines strategic vision, technical leadership, and intellectual curiosityâcapable of explaining recommendations clearly and rallying teams around a shared technology vision. - Collaborate with existing solution architects to select the most relevant technology tools and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, clients, and the development team to design architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Promote collaboration across teams and build strong synergy with the DevOps team.
- Define technological best practices for our projects and ensure their adoption and dissemination across the company.
- To support Tink in developing client service proposals, you will need to understand organizations' business challengesâparticularly in sales and marketingâtranslate these needs into concrete, feasible technology solutions, and maintain an active watch on digital trends and innovations.
- Interact with our clients to listen to their goals, clarify and formalize their needs, and propose solutions that are clear and easy to understand.
- Work closely with the sales team, analysts, and UX designers to validate concepts.
- Contribute to producing budget estimates for implementing the recommended solutions.
- Respond to clients' ad hoc requests on current technology topics (education, guidance, support).
- Contribute to preparing written proposals and presenting them, defining sales arguments and shaping solutions through deep knowledge of technologies (CMS, e-commerce), recommending the platform best suited to the client's business context (budget, objectives, constraints), and justifying the chosen solution with solid arguments.## Required Qualifications and Characteristics
- At least ten years of experience in IT, including five years in web architecture or e-commerce.
- Mastery of modern web architecture concepts (microservices, cloud, composable, headless).
- Strong knowledge of leading content management (CMS) and e-commerce platforms, along with related technologies.
- Good understanding of our clients' architectures and the ability to challenge them in concrete contexts (CRM, ERP, PIM, CDP, etc.).
- Excellent ability to explain technology recommendations in accessible terms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Active technology watch; strong interest in digital trends and innovations.
- Creativity and the ability to design original, innovative solutions for our clients.
- Critical thinking and comfort stepping off the beaten path to consider solutions from different angles.
- Strong listening skills to fully understand client needs and constraints and adjust proposals accordingly.
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written, and functional English.## What we offer
