Job description

Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for customers with regards to receipt of Purchase Orders, and any related follow ups to ensure on-time deliveries in full. Is responsible for strategic accounts that require additional operational focus/attention.

Act as a liaison between the Sales team, suppliers, and customers.

Administrative support:

Responsible for all order entry in SAP.
Responsible for sending SO’s and PO’s.
Responsible for New item master data creation submissions.
Responsible for issuing and sending Credit and Debit notes.
Keep internal records updated.


Operational support:

Oversee the entire process from the time a sale is made, until final delivery.
Monitor customer shipments via reports, and external platforms.
Send customer schedules and regular updates.
Coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries in full.
Troubleshoot all customer questions, concerns or complaints, and involve necessary parties.
Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Fluent in English (French bilingualism preferred)
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
2+ years of relevant office experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable with numbers and unit conversions (weight/currency)
SAP Business One experience is a plus
Spanish or Portuguese language skills are an asset
Good interpersonal skills
Great written communication style
Ability to multitask
Ability to work alone and in a team
Have good sense of judgment
Organized
Solution oriented
Work well under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
