Schedule : Primarily early mornings; some afternoon shifts as required

Reports To : Production Manager & Plant Manager Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivatedProduction Leadto join our chocolate manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment. The Production Lead will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, assisting with chocolate melting and tempering, and ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chocolate production equipment, including melting and tempering systems.
• Assist with cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of production machinery.
• Follow recipes and production instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adhere to food safety and quality programs (HACCP, GMPs, etc.).
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of daily production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Take on different roles within the production line as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Complete production records and basic reports using computer software (Word, Excel).
• Support training of new team members when necessary.
