Job Description :
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of plumbing, heating, and humidification products.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborating with manufacturers to drive product sales and market growth in the Nova Scotia territory.
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer challenges and providing effective problem-solving solutions.
- Delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and promote product benefits.
- Conducting regular sales calls and visits to maintain customer engagement and drive sales opportunities.
- Negotiating orders and contracts to secure favorable terms while maximizing sales revenue and profitability.
- Setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on progress to management.
- May be required to perform Equipment Start-Ups and Commissioning on the job site.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of plumbing, heating, and humidification systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nova Scotia territory as required.
