Position Overview

Faster. Smarter. Safer. Thats how Aecon Energy Solutions Inc. (AESI) delivers projects. As we continue to grow as British Columbias leading utility construction provider we are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to support our civil utility projects in urban environments.

This role involves operating heavy equipment on roadways in active city environments often around live utilities and includes work on gas distribution systems hydro duct banks and district energy infrastructure.

Location : West Kelowna BC

Start date : Mid February 2026

Rate : $37.14 to $45.46 per hour

Overtime : 2 hours / day

Schedule : 5x2 Saturdays as required
