Job Description
- Être à l’écoute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu’entreprendra la réclamation, répondre à ses questions et livrer un service qui dépasse ses attentes;
- Analyser les garanties d’assurance du client et lui expliquer clairement quelles sont ses protections en lien avec la réclamation présentée;
- Recueillir les versions des faits sur les circonstances du sinistre auprès des assurés, des tierces parties et d’autres intervenants;
- Évaluer la responsabilité potentielle de l’assuré et / ou de tierce partie en appuyant son raisonnement sur des éléments d’enquête pertinent et bien étayé;
- Évaluer le caractère raisonnable et la recevabilité des dommages réclamés à l’assuré;
- Communiquer efficacement avec le client pour l’informer des développements;
Profil
Qualifications
- Détenir un certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A;
- Détenir un diplôme collégial et / ou formation équivalente et / ou jugée pertinente;
- Expérience d’expert en sinistre (6 mois à 1 an) ayant touché à quelques dossiers de responsabilité civile (un atout);
- Bilinguisme. Compétences requises
- Être orienté vers le client;
- Être bien à l’aise de gérer du volume;
- Apprendre rapidement;
- Communiquer efficacement et simplifier le parcours de la réclamation pour le client;
- Sens de l’analyse et de la synthèse;
Informations contractuelles
- Détenir un certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A;

Maîtrise de la comptabilité et de la finance corporative, compétences analytiques, notamment la connaissance des états financiers et des principes comptables généraux, l’analyse des états financiers, les méthodes d'évaluation et d’analyse des titres, etc;
Fortes capacités de modélisation financière - peut construire des modèles financiers dynamiques (financement, LBO, fusion, etc.
Maîtrise d'Excel, de PowerPoint, et d'outils de marchés financiers tels que Capital IQ ou Bloomberg Compréhension du processus de transactions M&A
