Pacific Honda  is currently looking to fill aposition of a Service Advisor.

Reporting to theservice manager, the service advisor is responsible for promptly andcourteously serving all service customers. This person will ensure theyaccurately obtain all required information on repair orders, fully explainrequired work and obtain proper authorization for the required work whilemaintaining focus on Customer Satisfaction and Labor Sales.

Duties andResponsibilities :

• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promptly meet and greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
• Handle client concerns and / or misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Obtain pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments
• Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations
• Explain what service / repair is recommended to customers
• Monitor repair process, check job status and update work in process
• Monitor all repair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
• Review CSI monthly score and day to day performance
• Review with the customer loaner policies and warranty details
• Other duties as assigned by management
