Salary range (but not limited to):
59,300 - 72,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

What you’ll do here:
Analyze and respond to employees’ inquiries via phone or email based on HR best practices and using our documented knowledge base
Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution
Collaborate with different teams in order to find solutions to different requests
Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects
Participate in maintaining the knowledge base up to date to ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommends updates and improvements
Participate in different projects
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or in the process of obtaining soon) or any relevant field
Excellent oral and written communication
Demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration and provides excellent customer service
Positive attitude, autonomy and sense of ethic
Bilingualism in English and French is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
