This role is located in Vancouver and delivers administrative and operational support to the Corporate HSE Manager and Operations Department.
Wage band: $78,811 to $98,514 annually based on relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a health and safety professional in an advisor role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- NCSO, OHS Diploma, NEBOSH, & CRSP considered an asset
- Valid Advanced First Aid Certification
- Root Cause Investigation experience
- Drivers Licence & Abstract Required
- Ability to lead meetings & training sessions
- COR Auditor Certification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and other applicable regulations.
- Strong understanding of the COR Audit process.
- Team player with the ability to work with employees and business leaders at multiple levels.
- Ability to influence Senior Regional Management in both compliance and engagement of Health & Safety.
- Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization.
- Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and PDF creation & editing.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Specific safety-related training relative to Construction.
- Experience with policy review, creation, and implementation.
- Strong communicator, relationship builder, and business partner.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Travel required to assigned branches and various project sites across the Lower Mainland on a regular basis to champion boots‑on‑the‑ground safety.
