Your New Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Commercial Property Administrator to join a dynamic, close-knit team. This role is suited for someone that is looking to grow their experience in commercial property administration and understand various aspects of the business.
As a core employee, you will be supporting various areas of the business including tenant services, accounting, property administration, reception and leasing.
You will be responsible for answering phones and providing customer service, managing email correspondence, issuing building access cards, maintaining tenant insurance certificates, coordinating work orders or tenant services, ordering of supplies, and ensuring the overall office is kept in great shape.
You will assist with the coding of invoices, lease documentation and updating of client files in Yardi.
What You'll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of general administration duties, preference to those with a property background, and exceptional customer service.
As you will be the first point of contact for many tenants, it is crucial that you provide a warm, welcoming and helpful attitude at all times.
You must be confident with Microsoft Office and experience with Yardi would be considered a strong asset. Please note that this role requires you to be comfortable completing reception duties and being on-site in office from Monday Friday, 8 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm.
What You'll Get in Return
In exchange for your hard work and commitment, the successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive base salary ($55,000 65,000 per annum based on experience), a yearly discretionary bonus, extended health and dental benefits, $1200 health spending account, 5% pension matching, 3 weeks of vacation, your birthday off and a holiday closure between Christmas and New Years.
