We are searching for an internal recruiter to specialize in the placement of IT professionals across both contract and permanent roles. Reporting to the Division Leader, the ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment, strong business acumen, and the ability to multi-task. We're looking for someone who is dynamic, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone or meet in person to connect with candidates and clients throughout the day.
This is a dynamic role with responsibility for initiating and managing client and candidate relationships. You will build and expand your network, using creative techniques to source top tech talent for our clients. A background in IT recruitment or technical sourcing is preferred, and personality and corporate culture fit will be key in the selection.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:- Evaluate candidates through our screening process, considering technical qualifications, experience, and career objectives
- Build strong, long-term relationships and manage a talent pool with an innate ability to match candidate suitability to client opportunities
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates by aligning skill sets with client needs, negotiating contract terms, and facilitating placements
- Coordinate pre-employment steps, including reference checks and onboarding details
- Foster new and existing relationships with business contacts to gain industry knowledge and uncover placement opportunities
- Deliver on weekly targets related to recruitment, coordination, marketing, and business development
- Gather clear role and opportunity information from clients, and properly define search parameters (key responsibilities, deliverables, requirements, experience, reporting structure, and compensation)
- Provide timely progress updates on search engagements to clients and deliver interview feedback to candidates
- Manage multiple search assignments in a timely and quality manner
